About Fireboy and Watergirl 4: The Crystal Temple

The Crystal Temple is the fourth chapter of the Fireboy and Watergirl series by Oslo Albet. The duo explore a temple full of shining crystals and gems, and this time the big new idea is teleportation. Coloured portals send each character from one side of a level to the other, and working out which portal leads where is the key to every puzzle.

How to play

As always, Fireboy cannot touch water and Watergirl cannot touch fire, and green goo is deadly to both. Guide the two of them through each level, using levers, buttons, platforms and now teleporters. Pay attention to the colours of the portals, because they show which ones are connected. Collect the gems that match each character and bring both heroes to their exit doors to finish the level. You can play alone, switching between the two, or with a friend controlling one character each.

• Fireboy: arrow keys
• Watergirl: W, A, D

Tips

• Before stepping into a portal, find its matching colour on the other side of the level.
• Move one character at a time through teleport chains. It is easy to lose track of both at once.
• Replay finished levels to collect gems you missed.
