About Scrape and Guess
Scrape and Guess is a picture quiz played like a scratch card. A grey layer hides an image, and you have to work out what it is. The catch is that every bit you uncover costs you points, so the real challenge is guessing with as little of the picture as possible.
How to play
Gently rub the grey area in the middle of the screen with your mouse or finger. As the grey wears away, part of the picture behind it appears. When you think you know what it is, spell the answer using the letters shown below the picture. The more of the grey area you remove, the lower your score for that round. The game plays in English or Turkish, depending on the language of your device.
Controls
- Scrape: click and drag with the mouse, or rub with your finger
- Answer: click or tap the letters
Tips
- Scrape small patches in different spots rather than one big hole. Edges and colours give away a lot.
- Look at the letters first. They narrow down what the picture can be.
